A podcast is a series of digital media files. We used Audacity to record our work and collected free sound effects from the Internet.
Our current 5th grade class completed a podcast related to the topic The US Constitution. Both classes researched information about the Constitution and contributed to their respected class wiki, which can be viewed using the link provided on our wiki page. From there, they were divided into groups and each group chose their form of broadcasting...skit, poem, song, etc. Written expression and teamwork were important factors in this project.
Our 4G class is working on a podcast about Christopher Columbus.
